Our Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care service is designed to provide specialized, safe, and compassionate care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, respecting their dignity, well-being, and quality of life at every stage of the condition.

We work with trained caregivers who understand the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes associated with these conditions, offering personalized support with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal assistance, mobility, medication reminders, and cognitive stimulation. In addition, we promote structured routines that help reduce anxiety, confusion, and safety risks, creating a calm and familiar environment.

We also support families by providing guidance, ongoing communication, and peace of mind, knowing their loved one is receiving professional, patient, and respectful care. Our approach focuses on safety, empathy, and human-centered care, helping to preserve independence and emotional well-being in the comfort of the patient’s home or care setting.

I’m Shelbe Chronister, a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at CareMax Senior Solutions, and I have a deep passions for caring for others. I believe that everyone deserves the best care possible, especially during a health crisis, which is why I chose to become a nurse. I’m also very committed to serving veterans, as I have family members who have served in the military, and I find ir incredibly rewarding to give back to those who fought for our country. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at CareMax Senior Solutions, I am the starting line for our clients on their journey to receiving successful care. I conduct thorough assessments and create personalized care plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. But my role goes beyond that -I’m also an advocate and voice for our clients. I regularly meer with them and perform routine oversight visits to ensure they continue to receive the best care possible. By staying updated on their current health situations, I make sure their care plans are always aligned with their evolving needs

I’m Tammy Hutter, and I’ve been dedicated to providing healthcare for individuals for over 30 years. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on delivering the highest quality care with specialized attention to meet the unique needs of every client. I believe in applying my deep knowledge of caregiving with the utmost empathy, ensuring that no one goes through life’s journey without the support and understanding they deserve. As the Program Manager of Operations at CareMax Senior Solutions, I am at the heart of making sure our client’s needs are met by our highly trained staff. It all begins with a thorough assessment of each client’s quality of life, which helps us match them with the right caregiver to address their specific needs. I’m also the reassuring voice on the other end of the phone, ready to answer questions and provide support whenever needed. My role involves leading the team to ensure that our mission is understood and followed by both clients and staff, creating a positive and compassionate environment where everyone feels cared for and supported.

With a strong background in the healtcare industry, I’ve had the opportunity to manage B2B partnerships and develop web applications that drive positive change. I earned my MBA from Pepperdine University and love finding ways to make an impact in my community. Building relationships and working collaboratively is something I’m passionate about. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and sports enthusiast. In fact, I just recently went on an epic snowboarding trip where I hit seven different mountains!
