I’m Shelbe Chronister, a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at CareMax Senior Solutions, and I have a deep passions for caring for others. I believe that everyone deserves the best care possible, especially during a health crisis, which is why I chose to become a nurse. I’m also very committed to serving veterans, as I have family members who have served in the military, and I find ir incredibly rewarding to give back to those who fought for our country. I believe in applying my deep knowledge of caregiving with the utmost empathy, ensuring that no one goes through life’s journey without the support and understanding they deserve. Compassion and sensitivity are at the core of everything I do. and I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
As the Program Manager of Operations at CareMax Senior Solutions, I am at the heart of making sure our client’s needs are met by our highly trained staff. It all begins with a thorough assessment of each client’s quality of life, which helps us match them with the right caregiver to address their specific needs. I’m also the reassuring voice on the other end of the phone, ready to answer questions and provide support whenever needed. As the VP of Human Resources at CareMax Senior Solutions, I focus on making sure our workplace is a supportive, positive environment where both our team and residents can thrive. I handle everything from ensuring we’re following regulations to helping build strong relationships across the board. My day-to-day involves guiding our HR initiatives, motivating our staff to bring their best, and fostering a sense of community. I’m Eric Sunner, the Vice President of Technology and Innovation at CareMax Senior Solutions. With a strong background in the healtcare industry, I’ve had the opportunity to manage B2B partnerships and develop web applications that drive positive change. I earned my MBA from Pepperdine University and love finding ways to make an impact in my community. Building relationships and working collaboratively is something I’m passionate about. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and sports enthusiast. In fact, I just recently went on an epic snowboarding trip where I hit seven different mountains!

With over 35 years of experience in leadership, sales, and marketing within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, I’ve built a career on an entrepeneurial spirit and a tireless work ethic. My focus is on defining and developing strategies that enhance brand performance by leveraging consumer insights and business data to create plans that deliver consistent, sustainable results. I’m recognized as an adaptable, inspirational leader, committed to building high-performance teams that not only meet but exceed objetives. My passion lies in driving success through smart, strategic decisions that make a lasting impact.
